Okay, I had to post another video. I promise I'll lay off for a little bit. You'll see why, though, I had to post this one. I don't know where Grant learned to "show his muscles", but he strains so hard while "showing" them he turns about as red as a Dwight Shrute beet.

- We are a simple little family from Lubbock. We love to spend time together, take trips and hang out with our friends at our church Experience Life. Russell is the broker/owner of Exit Realty of Lubbock. Alison is a stay-at-home mom who does a little nursing on the side. Grant and Colt are our two precious sons.

That's cute. Canaan does that too, but when we ask him to flex! We love the videos. They are adorable!
